Health Policy
To protect the health, safety, and wellbeing of everyone, I work with a strict health policy.
I do not treat clients who are sick.
This also applies to mild symptoms such as colds, flu-like symptoms, sore throat, coughing, fever, or simply not feeling well.
If you are not feeling 100% healthy, I kindly but firmly ask you to reschedule your appointment and not come to the salon.
This is in the best interest of your own recovery, the health of other clients, and myself as a practitioner and entrepreneur.
If you are unsure whether your symptoms fall under this policy, please reach out in advance. We can always look for a suitable solution together.
Cancellation Policy
Every treatment, session, and coaching journey is prepared with care, time, and personal attention. Last-minute cancellations often result in empty spots that cannot be filled.
For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies:
Up to 48 hours before your appointment
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge.
Within 24 hours before your appointment
50% of the treatment or session fee will be charged.
Cancellation on the same day or no-show
100% of the treatment or session fee will be charged.
In case of illness or the loss of a loved one, exceptions are always possible when communicated in time.
If you're unable to attend, please cancel in time. There are often others who would love to take your place.

ZENNERGY Sessions – Tickets & Commitment
Tickets for ZENNERGY group sessions are non-refundable.
If you can't attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please let me know in advance so I can do a short intake check with the new participant.
ZENNERGY group sessions take place in a reserved external space, prepared specifically for the group. For this reason, I kindly ask you to book a group session only if you truly intend to attend, as costs are made in advance to reserve the space.
